Confidential Therapy for Professionals
Some people carry significant responsibility while having very few places where they can speak freely.
For professionals, executives, creatives, and high-profile individuals, therapy often needs to be both clinically thoughtful and highly discreet. The concerns may include stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, professional pressure, family conflict, identity questions, or major life transitions.
Many people who carry visible success also carry private uncertainty. They may be responsible for others, visible in their field, or accustomed to functioning well under pressure, yet feel internally strained, isolated, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.
My work offers a confidential space to think carefully and honestly about what is happening beneath the surface. Therapy may focus on emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, work stress, burnout, decision-making, family history, or the tension between public functioning and private distress.
My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based work, and evidence-based methods when helpful. The work is grounded in discretion, seriousness, and respect for the complexity of each person’s life.
I offer in-person therapy in Midtown Manhattan near Grand Central, as well as virtual sessions.
