In-person therapy can provide a consistent physical space away from work, home, screens, and the distractions of daily life. For some patients, the act of coming to the office helps create a clearer boundary around the therapeutic work.
I offer in-person therapy near Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan for adults, young adults, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, work stress, parenting concerns, and major life transitions.
My office is located near Grand Central, making it accessible for people who work or live in Midtown, commute through Grand Central, or prefer an in-person therapy option in Manhattan.
My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based work, and evidence-based methods when helpful. Depending on the person, therapy may focus on symptom relief, emotional patterns, relationships, family dynamics, identity, or major transitions.
Virtual sessions are also available for patients located in New York.
